This journal is an electronic (online) publication in Indonesian and Chinese, dedicated to publishing academic papers and/or research findings on the Chinese language, Chinese language education, Chinese literature, Chinese culture, and Indonesian Chinese (Tionghoa) culture. It is initiated and managed by the D3 Mandarin Language Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.

CHANGLUN: Journal of Chinese Language, Literature, Culture and Linguistics has been initiated and managed by the D3 Mandarin Language Study Program, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman since 2022. It now holds Online-ISSN: 2987-4769 and Print-ISSN: 2988-4845.

It is published biannually in online format, every June and December.
