Pengaruh Latihan CrossFit Terhadap Peningkatan Kebugaran Fisik Pasca Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 telah menurunkan pola aktivitas fisik, karena terjadi pembatasan sosial dan aktivitas masyarakat bahkan penutupan sarana olahraga. Semua pembatasan tersebut bertujuan untuk mengurangi penularan virus Covid-19. Perubahan dalam aktivitas fisik ini mungkin memiliki dampak merugikan yang bertahan lama pada kebugaran, yang mengarah ke peningkatan risiko lebih lanjut untuk banyak hasil kesehatan yang buruk. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah meningkatkan kebugaran pasca pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan latihan Crossfit. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Adapun sampel 30 mahasiswa aktif di Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Majalengka. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Tes Kebugaram Jamani Indonesia (TKJI) dengan nilai validitas 0,960 dan reliabilitas 0,720. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik parametrik karena peneliti mencari perbedaan skor pada tes awal dan tes akhir dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan 12 kali pertemuan ini adalah nilai t hitung sebesar 20.720 dan nilai t tabel pada dk (19) sebesar 2,045 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, terlihat bahwa latihan CrossFit yang dilakukan selama 1 bulan dapat meningkatkan semua komponen kebugaran fisik.
