Pengaruh Kompetensi 4c Pada Mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) Terhadap Projek Pembelajaran BIPA
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompetensi 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, dan Communication) terhadap performa pembelajaran BIPA mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM), Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab-akibat antara kompetensi 4C dan performa pembelajaran BIPA mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi 4C terhadap pembelajaran BIPA mahasiswa PMM. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa perbedaan latar belakang budaya dan perguruan tinggi asal turut memengaruhi proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam interaksi, adaptasi, dan keterampilan komunikasi mahasiswa selama mengikuti kegiatan akademik di Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.
