Prawara: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (e-ISSN: 2746-7139 | p-ISSN: 2746-7120) is an open access with peer-reviewed journal, published by Faculty of Cultural Studies, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Indonesia, in collaboration with Perkumpulan Pengelola Jurnal Bahasa & Sastra Indonesia serta Pengajarannya (PPJB-SIP), Asosiasi Dosen Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (ADOBSI), and Indonesian Language Education and Literature (ILEAL) (See the MoU Manuscript). It is an open-access journal that can be accessed freely to support greater knowledge exchange and sharing. This journal ensures double-blind peer review for every submitted manuscript. We hereby announce that starting in 2025, the publication frequency of Prawara: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia has undergone a change. Previously published twice a year (June and December), the journal will now be published three times a year, in April, August, and December. These changes are made to improve the quality and volume of publications, as well as to provide more opportunities for academics and researchers to publish their scholarly works. We hope that with this increased frequency, Prawara: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia can continue to contribute more broadly to the development of communication science. Prawara: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia provides a forum that deals with discussion on Indonesian language teaching, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Literature Teaching, and Indonesian language for foreigners (more on Focus & Scope).

The articles published on Prawara: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia must be written in English or Indonesia.
