The Volume 1 LEAD Journal issued since September 18, 2021 containing six original articles in the field of English Language Teaching.

Welcome to the first edition of LEAD Journal, the new identity of language education and development editorial platform.  This biannual publication is designed for teachers, lecturers, practitioners and researchers whose research interests are within the related areas of language education and development and applied linguistics.

This journal is dedicated to share and promote any creative, imaginative and innovative ideas of teaching, learning development within education in general and language education in particular. The journal specifically welcomes any empowering ideas of educational development that have been taken to the research field. The tested ideas can add values both for the development of both theory and practice.

The aim is to publish rigorous, original empirical, conceptual, and research articles that explore any language teaching and learning application. we intend to provide both theoritical and research-based articles that will help fuel a more active and effective teaching and learning development especially within the area of language education.

Our mission is that with every issue we carve out a space to gather the most relevant resources for the teachers, leacturers, practitioners and researchers committed to making this educational world a better and more promising place for human development in its fullest sense. Only together we can deal with the challenge since LEAD is wheeled by a strong and committed team where no single figure wins but the team as a whole. Therefore, our nearest vision is to be ranked in Sinta 4. We mean to aim for it.

In this inaugural issue, we have internal researchers contributing to practical aspects of language teaching and learning. We are thankful to everyone who has enthusiastically contributed articles to this maiden issue and is committed to making a difference in the domain of language education, teaching, and learning and their related elements.

We are also very grateful for those taking roles as advisors, editors, and reviewers without their helping hands this issue remains a draft. We know that you cannot expect a perfect show in this hit. We also realize that all start is difficult.

Yet, we likewise understand and believe it so that every good start is a half success. As we believe that we have made a good first milestone, our dream publication will be there soon.

We would like to wish you an amazing read!

Warm regards,

Editor-in-Chief
