DUTIES OF REVIEWERS
Contribution to Editorial Decisions

Peer reviewers provide critical review on any given articles based on which the editors make an editorial decision and, in a way, assist the author(s) in improving the articles.

Standards of Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively based on the author guideline template.

Acknowledgment of Sources
Reviewers should identify recent and relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. The relevant citation should accompany any statement or argument of the author(s). A reviewer should also call to the editor's attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the articles under review and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Reviewers should be free from any conflict of interest related with the articles. Therefore, the articles should be kept confidential.

Review Process
Every article is reviewed in a double bind mode. The reviewers independently review every submitted article and their recommendations become the bases for the editor to make the final decisions.
