Gambaran Kecemasan Siswa di MAN Insan Cendekia Gowa

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Masa remaja merupakan periode transisi, termasuk perubahan biologis, psikologis, kognitif, dan sosial, setiap perubahan dalam kehidupan remaja, baik mental maupun sosial, yang saling mempengaruhi dan dianggap sebagai faktor penyebab gangguan psikologis. Gangguan psikologis yang paling umum dialami oleh remaja adalah kecemasan, gambaran kecemasan siswa sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Insan Cendekia Gowa, sangat diperlukan untuk mencegah dan menangani dampak kecemasan pada remaja yang belajar di sekolah Islam. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran  kecemasan siswa di MAN Insan Cendekia Gowa. Metode: Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling, dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022 dengan responden penelitian sebanyak 52 siswa. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 42.3 % dari 52 responden tidak mengalami kecemasan/normal, 30 % responden mengalami kecemasan ringan, 23.1% responden mengalami kecemasan sedang dan 3.8 % responden mengalami kecemasan berat. Kesimpulan: Responden yang mengalami kecemasan sebanyak 57%, mulai dari kecemasan ringan hingga kecemasan berat, dibutuhkan penanganan lebih lanjut dalam menangani masalah kecemasan siswa.
