The Jurnal Kajian Hukum dan Sosial (JKHS) is a double blind peer-reviewed journal published twice times a year on April and October by the Lembaga Kajian Hukum dan Sosial (LKHS), Faculty of Law Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The JKHS publishes article (both research or review articles) concerning to legal studies with a case approach in the Indonesian, Asian, and global contexts. The JKHS is intended to establish itself as a globally recognized scientific journal and insightful forum for a diverse community, including legal scholars, practitioners, government officials, academics, researchers, students, and the broader society. Its primary mission is to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge and scholarly contributions pertaining to the field of prosecution and its evolving dynamics.
