Authors who publish their work in Jurnal Kajian Hukum dan Sosial (JKHS) agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright and grant the Soedirman Law Review the right of first publication of the work, which is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits others to share the work provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the authorship of the work and its initial publication in this journal.

Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (for example, by depositing it in an institutional repository or republishing it in a book), provided that acknowledgment is given that the work was first published in this journal.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (for example, in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) both before and during the submission process, as this may facilitate productive academic exchange and increase the likelihood of citations of the published work.
