By submitting a manuscript, the author is deemed to have agreed to the processing of the manuscript in accordance with the editorial policy (the Peer Review Process). Therefore, in principle, the withdrawal of the manuscript is prohibited. However, the editorial board may grant an exception if the period specified in the Peer Review Process has been exceeded and the editorial board has not provided information regarding an extension of the process period to the authors.
