Focus and Scope

Since its establishment in 1996, Jurnal Dinamika Hukum (JDH), affiliated by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman and based in Purwokerto, Central Java, has published normative legal research and socio-legal articles through a multidisciplinary approach. The journal was initially published in print form starting in 1996 and has been available in online format since 2000. Reflecting the meaning of “dinamika” or “dynamics”, our journal emphasizes the continuous development of law, the interaction between law and political, economic, and cultural change, as well as the responsiveness of law to evolving societal needs.

Starting from Vol. 25 No. 1 (2025), our journal has focused on public law studies, which in this journal refers to state authority, collective interests, criminal justice, administrative court, constitutions, and public international law in the development of Indonesian Law.
