The workload positively and significantly affected performance, with a coefficient of 0.260 (T-stat 2.829, P-value 0.005). Furthermore, organizational climate positively and significantly influenced work motivation, with a coefficient of 0.409 (T-stat 2.620, P-value 0.009 < 0.05), while workload positively influenced work motivation, with a coefficient of 0.260 (T-stat 2.829, P-value 0.005). The results of the indirect effects test indicated that organizational climate affected performance through work motivation with a coefficient of 0.131 (T-stat 2.198, P-value 0.028), and workload influenced performance through work motivation with a coefficient of 0.206 (T-stat 2.788, P-value 0.005). The study concludes that all research hypotheses were accepted.
