Pandemi Covid-19: Dampaknya Terhadap Mental dan Kebugaran Jasmani Atlet Dayung

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh meningkatnya kasus COVID-19 yang mengakibatkan dibatasinya aktivitas di luar rumah sehingga terganggunya rutinitas yang biasa dilakukan atlet sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap mental dan kebugaran jasmani atlet dayung.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey research dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 32 orang atlet dayung Kabupaten Kuningan. Pengambilan sampel mengguakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria atlet yang mengikuti PORPROV JAWA BARAT 2022 sebanyak 10 orang. Dalam penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan  adalah mental health inventory (MHI) untuk mengukur mental, Cooper Test untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani, impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R) untuk mengukur dampak COVID-19. . Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan data regresi anova dengan nilai signifikansi 0,01 < α = 0,05 sehingga Hipotesis dapat diterima. Dimana hasilnya menyatakan bahwat terdapat dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kebugaran jasmani atlet dayung, selanjutnya uji data regresi anova telah dilakukan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,04 < α = 0,05 sehingga H1 dapat diterima. Dimana hasilnya menyatakan bahwat terdapat dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap mental atlet dayung
