Article Withdrawal.

The author is strictly not allowed to halt the process of publication, e.g., by not responding to the editor’s request, not proceeding with the review process, etc. Also, the author is not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts because the withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources and time that have been spent by the editors and reviewers. If the author requests the withdrawal of his or her manuscript and/or does not handle his or her publication process as requested and eventually does not respond to the editorial board’s request, the author is going to get the penalty, i.e., the author and his or her affiliation will be blacklisted for publication in this journal for two years.
