The submitted manuscript will be checked by a section editor whether it’s complies with our Focus and Scope or has a major methodological flaw.

The manuscript that passes initial checking process will be eligible to be sent to our Reviewers. This journal used a double-blind review, which means that the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the both throughout the review process. A single manuscript will be reviewed by two reviewers.

A decision letter based on the reports from the Reviewers and Reviewers' comments are sent to the corresponding author.

The author then revises and make revision and prepares a rebuttal letter to answer each response. A final decision are given based on the revision of authors.
