If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.

All authors may ask for a waiver, and they need to send a letter of waiver to the editor-in-chief explaining the importance of the study and why the author(s) need to be waived. The decision is made prior to the process of the review and it is the editors' privilege to approve or reject the request.
