LEGALITAS E-COMMERCE PUPUK KOMPOS DESA MELUNG DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM LINGKUNGAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN BERKELANJUTAN
Abstract
Transformasi digital di sektor pertanian membuka peluang baru dalam pemasaran produk ramah lingkungan, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan terkait aspek legalitas dan keberlanjutan. Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Melung yang difokuskan pada edukasi hukum lingkungan dan penguatan kapasitas pelaku usaha pupuk kompos dalam memanfaatkan e-commerce. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi regulasi terkait perdagangan elektronik, pelatihan perlindungan konsumen, pendampingan strategi digital marketing, serta integrasi prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan ke dalam praktik bisnis. Evaluasi kegiatan memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha digital, perlindungan hak konsumen, serta kesadaran dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan melalui penerapan green economy. Hasilnya, pelaku usaha mampu memahami sekaligus menerapkan praktik e-commerce yang legal, etis, dan ramah lingkungan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi hukum lingkungan dengan strategi pemasaran digital berkelanjutan dapat menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya terkait konsumsi dan produksi berkelanjutan di tingkat desa. Dengan demikian, program ini berpotensi direplikasi sebagai model penguatan ekonomi desa berbasis teknologi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan
