PENGARUH INTERVENSI RELAKSASI NAFAS DALAM TERHADAP TANDA VITAL PADA IBU HAMIL ERA ENDEMI COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PURWOKERTO BARAT, KAB. BANYUMAS
Abstract
Ketidakstabilan tanda vital ibu hamil dapat berdampak pada kesehatan dan kesejahteraan ibu dan janin. Stres pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan darah. Ibu hamil perlu mendapatkan intervensi medis dan non-medis. Intervensi relaksasi nafas dalam dapat menstabilisasi tekanan darah, laju denyut nadi dan laju pernapasan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap tanda vital pada ibu hamil era endemik covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian quasy experimental pre and posttest with control group dengan besar sampel 36 ibu hamil yang dipilih secara purposive sampling.
Subyek mengalami hipertensi sistolik (5,6%) dan hipertensi diastolik (22,2%). Intervensi relaksasi nafas dalam mampu menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik (p=0,001), tekanan darah diastolik (p=<0,001), HR (p=0,013), dan RR (p=0,026) serta hanya RR yang berbeda signifikan secara statistik (p=0,001) antara kedua kelompok.
Terdapat ibu hamil teridentifikasi hipertensi sistolik dan hipertensi diastolik. Intervensi relaksasi nafas dapat menurunkan tanda vital (tekanan darah, HR, RR), namun hanya RR yang berbeda signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Perlu meningkatkan upaya deteksi dini risiko tinggi, relaksasi nafas dalam menjadi alternatif solusi dan masih perlu penelitian lebih lanjut.
