Abstract

ABSTRACT


Poklahsar Bunda Madani processes fish-based products including seasoned tilapia, shredded tilapia (Bonil), Nastar filled with shredded tilapia (Nasbonil) and Amplang tilapia. Problems experienced by the Bunda Madani poklahsar include production equipment that is still limited (not yet complete), production sites that are not yet representative and have not implemented Good Processed Food Production Methods (CPPOB), there are products that still lack quality, halal product certification, markets that are still limited because they haven't done online marketing (digital marketing) on social media and there hasn't been simple financial bookkeeping. The solution offered by this program is the diffusion of science and technology and education related to the problems experienced, namely the importance of clean production and CPPOB (GMP), improving the quality of amplang products, assistance with halal product certification, simple accounting bookkeeping and production equipment grants. The aim of this service activity is to improve the skills and knowledge of potential SMEs partners of the Bunda Madani Poklahsar regarding clean production and CPPOB (GMP), assistance with Halal product certification, as well as simple accounting bookkeeping. The output of the application of science and technology is scientific articles which are processed and presented at LPPM Unsoed national seminars, national journals, and additional outputs in the form of halal certificates and simple accounting bookkeeping models. The results of this service activity include the issuance of a halal certificate for Abon Nila, the quality of amplang products has increased, namely crisper and better, there has been an increase in pre-test and post-test scores from 65 to 95 for GMP training and production equipment assistance for Poklahsar Bunda Madani has been provided.
