PEMERIKSAAN DAN KONSULTASI KESEHATAN PADA LANSIA DI POSYANDU LANSIA MASJID AS SAKIINAH GRENDENG PURWOKERTO UTARA

Abstrak

The increase in the number of elderly people from year to year must be accompanied by efforts to increase the quality of life of productive elderly people. To be productive, elderly people need good health conditions, therefore it is necessary to carry out health checks and consultations for the elderly. Posyandu for the elderly is an integrated health service post that is important for carrying out activities including health examinations and consultations for the elderly. This community service activity aims to provide health services and appropriate information for managing health in old age. Activities were carried out for elderly posyandu members at the As-Sakiinah Grendeng Mosque Elderly Posyandu, North Purwokerto. The implementation method used includes preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The preparation stage includes coordination both internally and with partners. The implementation stage includes a health examination including measuring body weight, height, blood pressure and cholesterol levels, as well as a health consultation. The participants enthusiastically took part in the activity and followed the specified flow orderly. With this community service activity, we can monitor the health of the elderly and prevent degenerative diseases in the elderly.
