This issue presents six articles addressing current challenges in economic education in Indonesia. Topics include the impact of budget quality and human resource competence on school financial performance, and the use of the Jigsaw model to improve learning outcomes. One study emphasizes character development through leadership based on the values of Asah, Asih, and Asuh. Other articles explore factors influencing students’ interest in pursuing higher education—such as self-potential, school environment, and parental education—along with the effectiveness of audio-visual media, reward systems, and character education in enhancing learning motivation and academic performance in economics and accounting.
