Abstrak

SMEs are an important part of the Indonesian economy. Its existence must be supported in order for it to continue to grow and add value. Currently, not only are men predominate in SMEs management, but women own and manage half of all SMEs in Indonesia. The Ibu Smart Indonesia Kuat (ISIK) Surabaya Community is comprised of teachers, PKK cadres, and housewives who collaborate to foster learning and entrepreneurship through training, production, and marketing. So far, marketing has been done through individual sales, word-of-mouth, or social media, but no adequate digital marketing strategy has been implemented, and an e-commerce website is needed to facilitate the sale of this community's products. This community service activity aims to implement digital marketing strategies to improve ISIK sales performance through segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP), digital marketing strategy, and digital content marketing training, as well as the development of an e-commerce website, isikblonjo.id. This activity will undoubtedly benefit the Ibu Smart Indonesia Kuat (ISIK) community as a forum for self-development for mothers interested in entrepreneurship, as well as universities participating in community service activities, which can afterward have a broader impact on society.
