Studi Pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Sikap Terhadap Minat Masyarakat Dalam Penggunaan Sel Surya Sebagai Sumber Energi Baru dan Terbarukan

Abstrak

The community service was provided in the form of the introduction and socialization of the solar power plant as an alternative energy source.  It was introduced through the installation of solar panels for public lighting.  Public responses to the recently recognized technology were studied.  The data obtained were then processed using the structural equation modeling method and Partial Least Square analysis tools (SEM-PLS).  The data received from the respondents indicated that the solar cell technology was acceptable to the public.  The survey results show that most of the people plan to use solar cell devices.  Further analysis shows that 77.1% of this intention is determined by knowledge and attitude factors.  These results also support the hypothesis made in this observation that knowledge and attitudes have a significant direct effect on people's intention to use a product.
