Abstrak

This training aims to enhance teachers' awareness and understanding of the potential of artificial intelligence in education, and to provide practical skills in using artificial intelligence tools and resources in lesson planning. The training is conducted in four stages: preparation and planning, training implementation, evaluation of implementation, and reporting and reflection. The training participants are high school teachers in Batanghari Regency. Pretest results showed that the teachers were already familiar with the use of artificial intelligence in lesson planning, were interested in using artificial intelligence, but were still unable to learn how to utilize AI. Post-test results indicated that the majority of teachers had already understood the use of AI, how to use AI in practice, and were very interested in implementing AI in lesson planning. Thus, this training was able to provide teachers with an understanding and implementation of AI in designing lesson plans, which is expected to improve teachers' competencies to be relevant to the current era
