Correction and Retraction

Mandala of Health: A Scientific Journal is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the scientific record. Corrections or retractions may be issued when significant errors or ethical concerns are identified in a published article.
Corrections: Minor errors that do not invalidate the findings or conclusions may be corrected through a formal correction notice linked to the original article.
Retractions: Articles may be retracted if there is clear evidence of unreliable findings due to major errors or research misconduct, including fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism, or other serious violations of publication ethics.

All correction and retraction decisions are made by the editorial team following a fair assessment of the available evidence and in accordance with recognized publication ethics guidelines, including those of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Notices will clearly explain the reasons for the correction or retraction and remain linked to the original article to maintain transparency.
