AI (Artificial Intelegent) Policy

Mandala of Health allows the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in academic writing, language editing, and research activities.

Authors must declare whether AI tools were used in the preparation of their manuscripts. If AI tools were used, authors must identify the tools and describe their purpose and contribution. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their manuscripts.

The use of AI to fabricate data, falsify results, generate misleading references, or misrepresent research findings is strictly prohibited.

Reviewers and editors must maintain manuscript confidentiality and must not upload unpublished manuscripts or confidential information to unauthorized AI tools. AI must not replace human judgment in peer review or editorial decision-making.

Authors must include an AI use declaration in their manuscripts. If no AI tools were used, authors should state:

“The authors declare that no artificial intelligence (AI) tools were used in the preparation of this manuscript.”

All AI use must comply with the principles of research integrity, transparency, and publication ethics.
