SOSIALISASI MENJAGA NETRALITAS BIROKRASI MENJELANG PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH (PILKADA) TAHUN 2024
Abstract
State civil servants often face dilemmas where their professional duties conflict with the political affiliations or expectations of political elites. The need for a neutral bureaucracy is underscored by its role in promoting fair elections and maintaining public trust in government institutions. The purpose of this socialization is to build synergy between ASN as a pillar of government and society, ensuring that public services remain fair and transparent without political friction. This socialization activity was held at the Brebes Village Hall with lecture, discussion and evaluation methods. By participating in this socialization, it not only increases ASN's knowledge of applicable regulations but also contributes to the creation of a better and more professional bureaucratic environment. Continued efforts to educate and strengthen these values among the ASN of Brebes Village, Brebes Regency are essential to achieving a strong and impartial bureaucracy capable of effectively serving the public interest
