Analisis Pengaruh Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Bahan Baku, dan Bantuan Pemerintah Terhadap Pendapatan Pelaku Usaha Olahan Singkong di Kota Salatiga
Abstract
Cassava processing enterprises in Salatiga City hold significant economic potential but face challenges such as limited capital access, fluctuating raw material availability, limited labor, and uneven government support. This study analyzes the influence of capital, labor, raw materials, and government assistance on the income of cassava-based MSMEs. Using a quantitative method with multiple linear regression, data were collected through questionnaires from 58 business actors selected via purposive sampling. Results indicate that capital, labor, and raw materials positively and significantly influence income, while government assistance shows no significant effect. The findings highlight the need for synergy between entrepreneurs and government to optimize MSME development.
