Abstract

Abstract: Economic growth in Central Java Province tends to increase but its still relative low in Java. Indicators of Regional Expenditure, Domestic Investment, and Labor, which are ideally able to increase economic productivity, have not fully reflected the good economic growth conditions in each districts/cities of Central Java Province. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of Regional Expenditure, Domectic Investment,and Labor on Economic Growth. The analysis method used in this research is panel data regression using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) with Panel Least Square (PLS) weighting. This study uses secondary data with 175 panel data. Secondary data comes from BPS and the Central Java Data Portal. Based on the results in this study, it states that the regional expenditure variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The Domestic Investment, variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The labor variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of regional expenditure, domestic investment,, and labor together have a significant effect on economic growth.
