EXPLORING THE EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL COMMITMENT AND DIGITAL INNOVATION ORIENTATION ON BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF PRODUCT INNOVATION
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Entrepreneurial Commitment and Digital Innovation Orientation on Business Performance and the Mediating Role of Product Innovation. The study subjects were SME business actors in the creative industry sector in the Banyumas area. The study's results prove that entrepreneurial Commitment and digital innovation orientation positively affect product innovation. Product innovation has a positive effect on business performance. Furthermore, product innovation mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial Commitment and digital innovation orientation on business in terms of performance.
