Inventarisasi Spesies Jamur Basidiomycota di Jalur Trek Telaga Biru, Batam, Kepulauan Riau
Inventory of Basidiomycota Mushrooms along the Telaga Biru Track, Batam, Riau Islands
Abstract
Jamur pengurai kayu dari kelompok Basidiomycota berperan penting dalam siklus unsur hara hutan tropis Batam, namun data dasar makrofungi di Pulau Batam masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi jamur liar yang ada di Pulau Batam. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey metode jelajah. Jamur yang ditemukan difoto dan diambil sampelnya dibawa ke Laboratorium untuk dilakukan pengamatan lebih lanjut. Survei jelajah selama satu hari dilakukan pada 13 Juli 2025 di Jalur trek Telaga Biru. Hasil Penelitian mencatat tujuh taksa pada substrat kayu lapuk, yaitu Dacrymyces (= Dacryopinax) spathularia, Pycnoporus cf. (sanguineus/puniceus), Pleurotus sp., Trametes versicolor, Gymnopilus cf. subpurpuratus, Ganoderma applanatum, serta polypore lainnya. Komposisi ini mencerminkan habitat yang dikuasai perombak lignoselulosa. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkat data awal jamur Basidiomycetes yang ditemukan dan memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai fungsi ekologis dan potensi pemanfaatan jamur pengurai kayu setempat.
