DC to DC converter sebagai pembangkit tegangan tinggi pada resistivity meter
Abstrak
A DC-DC converter that generates high-voltage DC from a 12 V power supply has been built. Designed using the pulse width modulation (PMW) method in push-pull configuration, the load characteristic of the DC-DC converter was studied. Four The system consists of four main circuits, i.e. the TL594 IC multivibrator circuit, the TLP250 optocoupler MOSFET driver circuit, the MOSFET switching circuit, and the KBP-206 diode bridge rectifier circuit. The system is powered by a 12 V 7,2 Ah battery with a 25 kHz switching frequency. An ETD29 ferrite is used for the high-frequency step-up transformer. Conducted by placing the system under a loading test ranging from 2 kohm to 50 kOhm, the study found that the converter yields a 335 V voltage output at open conditions, and its voltage drops to 10% from its normal value as it draws a current of 91,86mA.
