caused by excessive loads. One preventive effort is the use of weighbridges. However, existing sytems are considered less effective and still pose several risk, thereby requiring a more practical and efficient solution. This research aims to address such limitations by developing a prototype weighbridge equipped with Load Cell sensors and an Internet of Things (IoT) based automation system using the Blynk application. The system is designed to issue overload warnings through mobile notifications and LED indicators, while also recording measurment data in real-time via Google Spreadsheet. The research was carried out in six stages: preparation, sensor testing, program and hardware design, prototype assembly, system testing, and result analysis. Finding indicate that the prototype operates reliably, achieving 97% accuracy with a response time of 0.87 seconds,and successfully enables automatic alerts and data logging without operator intervention.
