Abstrak

Wounds disrupt typical structures, so wound healing is needed for the repair of cell and tissue structures. Several cytokines and growth factors that have an essential role in the wound healing process include PDGF, FGF, TGF-β, VEGF, Angiopoietin, IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-, IFN-γ, macrophages produced by lymphocytes and leukocytes at the stage of collagen synthesis. Papaya leaves (Carica pubescens) contain flavonoids such as apigenin, chrysin, diosmetin, kaempferol, luteolin, naringenin and quercetin, which play a role in increasing the expression of IL-10 for wound healing. This study aims to determine the compound content of the flavonoid compound Carica pubescens to increase the performance of IL-10. This research was conducted using a bioinformatics approach using online web server software. Search for potential compounds obtained from https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.here.gov/, chemical compounds using http://www.pubchem.ncbi.nlm.here.gov/ with 3D structure. Bioactivity prediction analysis using http://stitch.embl.de/ with indicator value more than 0.7 (Pa> 0.7). Chemical bond analysis using http://stitch.embl.de/ dan http://string-db.org/.In silico analysis showed that kaempferol compound could increase IL-10. Levels. In addition, we found several other compounds related to wound healing, such as rutin, peroxynitrite, iloprost, quercetin. In this study, we conclude that kaempferol compounds have the potential as an alternative in the development of therapies to accelerate wound healing.
