Jurnal Akuntansi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi is quarterly peer-reviewed journal issued by Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, managed by Faculty of Economics and Business, and partnership with Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia. JAME aims to be the media for publishing empirical issues related to accounting, management, and economics studies. JAME invites manuscripts in the various topics but not limited to, functional areas of accounting, management economics, including behavioral accounting, financial accounting, public sector accounting, marketing management, finance management, operation management, human resource management and economic development. JAME main objective is disseminating empirical issues in accounting, management and economics issues to the broad audiences such as, but not exclusive to academicians, graduate students and business practitioners.

Volume 28, Issue 2, 2026 of the Journal of Accounting, Management, and Economics presents five articles spanning organisational behaviour, digital consumer behaviour, and sustainability reporting. Key themes include the role of upward, downward and horizontal organisational communication in enhancing employee performance at a regional public hospital, alongside an examination of e-commerce customer loyalty that positions digital innovation and paylater features against experiential marketing as an intervening variable. The volume further analyses omnichannel retailing and repurchase intention in the beauty industry, evaluates how website aesthetics, accessibility, security and artificial intelligence shape purchasing decisions, and assesses the effect of ESG disclosure on profitability in Indonesia's energy sector, with market capitalisation tested as a moderating variable.
