Author Guidelines
Instructions for manuscript submission and citation format
General Requirements
Submit only manuscripts that have been carefully proofread. Accepted manuscripts are scientific papers from research results or conceptual ideas. Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
Manuscripts must be original (no plagiarism), must not have been previously published in any media, and must not be currently under consideration elsewhere. Authors must submit an Originality Statement as proof of compliance.
Writing Rules
- Minimum 2,000 words
- Font: Constantia 11pt, single spacing
- Paper size: A4
- Language: English
- Abstract keywords font: Constantia 9pt
Written in English. Maximum 150 words, single-spaced. Must contain: a brief introduction to the problem, the objective of the paper, research methods, and a brief summary of results.
Keywords: 3–5 words, written in lowercase, Constantia 9pt.
Must provide adequate background and a concise literature survey showing existing solutions, limitations of prior work, and the scientific novelty of the manuscript. End this section by stating the urgency, aims, and research problem clearly.
State the research questions in numbered form. Example: "First, how … . Second, … ."
Written in descriptive prose. Must include: type of research, research approach, data sources, and analysis method. Explain the mechanism used to analyze the legal issue.
Present results clearly and concisely. Explore the significance of findings. Avoid excessive citations or extended summaries of published literature.
Present the main conclusions in a short section. Lead the reader to the important matters of the paper.
Provide recommendations related to the subject analyzed and to stimulate further research.
Footnotes & References
All citations must be included via footnotes. Footnotes must not contain explanatory text — citation only. References are protected under Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright.
