The editorial team applies the ethics of the IPHJ Journal scientific publication to obtain excellent quality content of articles/publications and avoid violations of publishing/plagiarism in the publishing process.
This publication ethics procedure applies to writers, reviewers, and journal managers/editorial team. Scientific publication ethics in this journal includes three codes of ethics in publication, namely (1) Neutrality, which is free from conflict of interests in publications management, (2) Fairness, specifically giving writing rights to author (3) Honesty, which is free from plagiarism in publication.

 

The Author Ethics

1. The author must ensure that the research manuscript sent to the editorial are original, never published in any media before, and free from plagiarism.
2. Authors should write the manuscript following the IPHJ Journal's writing guidelines.
3. Authors should write down references or sources when citing other articles or research.
4. The author does not matter if the article is edited without changing the substance.
5. Authors are required to follow the rules of journal submission, including the following stages: online submission of the manuscript, editing of the manuscript, reviewing the manuscript, to publishing articles in IPHJ journals.
6. Authors should consider the ethics of scientific publications to avoid conflicts of interest with other parties so that the manuscript can be processed fluently.

 

The Editor Ethics

1. The editor ensures that the author guidelines accessible by the author and transparently communicates to the author.
2. The editor ensures the reviewer and informs the terms and review process and maintains the author's privacy.
3. Journal editors are responsible for deciding which manuscripts are suitable for publication through the editorial board meeting refers to the editorial policy.
4. Editorial uses a double-blind review system in examining the feasibility of publishing a manuscript.
5. The editor is responsible for quotations, references for edited articles
6. The editor is responsible for rechecking the suggestions/notes from the reviewer
7. The editor is responsible for correcting articles following the policies of the IPHJ journal.

 

The Reviewer Ethics

1. Reviewers should process the manuscripts fairly, objective, unbiased, independent, and refers to scientific truth. The reviewing process should professionally and non-discriminatory, without contrasting gender, ethnicity, religion, race, inter-group, and the interests of the authors.
2. Reviewers should ensure that the authors using appropriate references/citations and reliable sources. If the reviewer finds a mistake in the writing of the reference/citation source, the reviewer should inform the editor to make corrections by the author according to the reviewer's note immediately.
3. Reviewers should respond to the manuscript sent by the editor following the predetermined time for peer-reviewing (maximum four weeks).
