ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHA TAMAN ANGGUR K.D GARDEN
Abstrak
K.D Garden Vineyard Tourism, located in Karangsalam, Baturaden, Banyumas, is an agro-tourism destination offering a unique experience for visitors. The uniqueness is evident in its beautiful vineyard. This study aims to analyze the investment feasibility of this tourist park by considering various economic factors and operational costs through a case study approach, processing data on initial investment costs, operational expenses, and generated revenue to provide a comprehensive overview of the investment feasibility. The calculations use Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The investment feasibility of K.D Garden Vineyard Tourism can be determined based on these calculations. Based on the calculation results, the NPV value> 0 is Rp. 34.140.639,00 so that the investment is feasible to run. The PI value is 1,41 (PI> 1), the IRR is 19% (IRR> discount factor), and the PP is 2,63 years. The analysis shows that this business is feasible with the investment value that will return after the company operates for 2,63 years.
