Information about New OJS for Insignia: Journal of International Relations

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,

We are pleased to announce that Insignia: Journal of International Relations has fully completed its migration to a new publishing platform and website. This transition is designed to improve our manuscript management system, streamline peer review, and enhance the reader experience.

Critical Submission Policy Update

Effective September 8, 2026, all new manuscript submissions must be submitted exclusively through our new portal:

https://jurnal.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/insignia/en/index

Please take careful note of the following policy changes:

• Old Portal Submissions Terminated: Any new manuscripts submitted through the old website on or after September 8, 2026, will NOT be processed or sent for review.

• Required Action: If you submit via the old platform by mistake, your submission will be archived without editorial evaluation, and you will be required to resubmit your paper through the new site.

• In-Progress Submissions: Manuscripts submitted prior to September 8 that are currently under review or copyediting will [continue processing as usual / be contacted directly by the editorial board regarding their status].
