Analisis Keterampilan Teknik Bermain Tenis Meja dalam Mewujudkan Konsep Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar

Abstract

Demi mewujudkan merdeka belajar perlu adanya sebuah dorongan untuk berprestasi khususnya dalam bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterampilan tenis meja dalam mewujudkan MBKM. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet UKM tenis meja Unugiri yang berjumlah 12 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan pengelompokan sampel sesuai kriteria usia 18 – 21 tahun. Pada penelitian ini, instrumen yang digunakan adalah teknik Spin, Block, Chop, Push, dan Drive. Teknik analisis data menggunakan prosentase. Pukulan yang mendominasi permainan adalah service forehand, drive forehand, smash forehand. Pukulan forehand secara keseluruhan mendominasi dalam permainan tenis meja pada penelitian ini. Servis yang mendominasi adalah teknik forehand. Aspek drive paling digunakan dengan melakukan pukulan lebih dari 50% dari prosentase keseluruhan namun pada aspek smash atlet jarang melakukan, peneliti menyoroti pemain masih pada level bawah dan akurasinya rendah. Kecepatan bola, akurasi, dan pengulangan disarankan menjadi indikator kunci level permainan. Kecepatan dan akurasi bola secara signifikan berkorelasi dengan peringkat pemain dalam sebuah kompetisi. Koordinasi seluruh tubuh memainkan peran penting dalam tenis meja
